Part Time Admin/Accounts Clerk

We are currently looking to recruit a part time admin/accounts clerk to join our small, friendly team.  We are a busy engineering company based in Keynsham supplying onsite and remote servicing and repairs.

Part time hours: 16 per week – days and times negotiable

Salary – negotiable dependent on previous experience

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Assist with purchase ledger activities
  • Assist with sales ledger activities
  • Answering phones
  • General administration
  • Supporting other members of the team as and when necessary

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of basic double entry book-keeping
  • IT Literate
  • Sage Cloud Accounting or similar
  • Use of Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
